The hip new movie this year happens to feature Armenian-Americans and an "authenic" Armenian wedding.
Sideways is a good arthouse movie with good dialogue and plenty of funny moments.
As Asbarez points out, the Armenian wedding interior shots are in a Diocese church while the exterior shots are in a Prelacy chuch. How funny.
Other key Armenian moments include: an Ararat painting on the wall, an Armenian alphabet painting in the kitchen, after the wedding a sign pointing to the reception is in English and Armenian.
They had an Armenian coordinator and liason on set. That probably helped. Where can I get a job like that?
