Iran to install wind turbines in Armenia

This from the Tehran Times.
Iran will install wind turbines in Armenia for the generation of electricity.

"Wind farms are usually built on small scale and low capacity. The Armenian wind farm would comprise four units with total capacity of 2.6 MW which can be developed to 20 MW," he noted.

There is no mention of where they will be installed, or who is paying. It's encouraging development , though.
