Making it onto the World Stage

It seems the unrest in Yerevan is getting more coverage. Until now, it has been mainly the Armenian or Russian press which has been reporting. The New York times covered it last week, and now The Guardian from London has its own report.

Police broke up a protest of some 2,000 people outside Armenia's presidential palace on Tuesday, the latest in a series of demonstrations over last year's presidential election.

These are all from AP, but at least there is coverage. I wonder when the BBC will send in its own reporter to give some depth to the reports...
