Though I knew that there have always been irregularities in suffrage in Armenia, I had never seen it. Seeing for oneself is very convincing. A whole mentality must be changed for things to get better. Accountability, responsibility, and maturity are essential and until Armenia gets more of it, it's going to be troubling.
