The idea of providing a retirement community for Armenians of Diaspora is an excellent business idea. There are many Armenians (including myself) who would welcome the opportunity to live in the Mother Land. However, other important facilities (e.g. health care, good transportation, etc.) must be in place in order to attract retirees.

I hope that a good group of businessmen will cash-in on this idea.
