It seems that the Turkish Republic lives in a constant nightmare. Dangers are from left and right, from above and within. Kurds, Armenian Diaspora, Turkish writers, European liberals...etc etc... Now they identified another danger. According to the article in Istanbul MILLI GAZETE newspaper (28.12.05) there are Crypto-Armenians among them. Namely, Armenians who were taken away, kidnapped or converted into Muslim religion to save their lifes during Genocide. There are estimated 40,000 of them. Now they are recalling their true identity and some are changing back. Well, it all could be just curious fact from the life of a 80 million population country standing on the verge to concur Europe, but NO! They claim it is a danger.
