And I guess you haven't got any information about the recent events in Pankisi. www.rferl.org recently had a good article about it basically saying exactly the opposite to what you are saying that they have stopped turning a blind eye and therefore the place is pretty clean now. Besides, I haven't read anything of late even from the Russian media accusing the Georgians turning a blind eye to Chechens slipping over the border or allegations that Al Qaeda are there.
